A local has snapped up an incredible vacant land parcel in Wamberal for $1.6 million. The acreage at 4 High Valley Cl was purchased at an auction that involved three local bidders.
Agent Jason Easton from Property Central Erina said the rare block was “one of the highest land sales around” and that the buyers all loved the position.
